Impregnation is a method of chemical wood preservation, where protective agents – creosote oil or inorganic salt solution – are introduced into wood under pressure in a vacuum. This process, which is carried out in autoclaves, increases wood strength and resistance to water, moisture, heat and chemicals. Before impregnation, wood is stacked and dried for 6 to 8 months in order to maximally reduce the percentage of moisture
before chemical protection.
A special importance is given to ecological aspect of the production. Impregnation is carried out with eco-friendly agents of the last generation (creosote oil WEI type C, which is imported from Germany, and inorganic salt solutions). We give a guarantee for our products for a period of 15 to 20 years, although in reality their useful life is much longer.
